Basándonos en la planta y distribución del primer proyecto, éste lo adaptamos a las nuevas medidas de la tierra de mayor amplitud, e incorporamos elementos y detalles constructivos para enriquecerlo.
Based on the plant and distribution of the first project, we adapt it to the new measures of the lot of greater amplitude, and incorporate elements and constructive details to enrich it.

Nuevo reto en Tulum: primer proyecto en 2 alturas, lo cual nos obliga a incorporar un nuevo elemento, la escalera interna. Decidimos darle el mayor protagonismo.

New challenge: first project in 2 heights, which forces us to incorporate a new element, the internal staircase. We decided to give it the greatest prominence.

Elegimos nuevamente el Residencial Riviera Tulum, para nuestra siguiente creación. En esta ocasión decidimos proyectar una residencia más amplia y confortable.

We chose Residencial Riviera Tulum again, for our next creation. On this occasion we decided to project a more spacious and comfortable residence.

Nos mudamos a la hermosa Riviera Nayarit, en el Pacífico Mexicano. Diseñamos una residencia amplia y cómoda, abierta al exterior, donde poder disfrutar de la naturaleza circundante.

We moved to the beautiful Riviera Nayarit, on the Mexican Pacific. We designed a spacious and comfortable residence, open to the outside, where you can enjoy the surrounding nature.

Llegamos a la ciudad, el estilo y las dimensiones cambian. Un marcado carácter urbano con vigas estructurales y acabados de granitos y mármol en interiores, le dan un toque de elegancia y sofisticación.

We get to the city, the style and dimensions change. A marked urban character with structural beams and granite and marble finishes in the interior give it a touch of elegance and sophistication. ​
NUESTRO ENFOQUE / OUR PHILOSOPHY
Diseñamos residencias tropicales con toques minimalistas, que incluyen elementos de serenidad, misterio, magia y mucha naturaleza. Donde despiertan todos los sentidos, y el mero hecho de vivir se vuelve toda una experiencia.

Manejando presupuestos moderados, tratamos de incorporar materiales de la zona - piedra vista maya, maderas duras tropicales para el mobiliario hecho a medida por artesanos locales - creando espacios armónicos con la naturaleza, tratando de conservar siempre la mayor vegetación autóctona posible que aporta vida y frescura al proyecto.

Creamos espacios cómodos, estéticos y funcionales, estudiando cuidadosamente las necesidades y estilo de vida de la familia, así como la orientación de la tierra, la distribución de los espacios, la ubicación de ventanas, incluso estudiamos el Feng-Shui. Hasta el más mínimo detalle es importante para garantizar la mayor frescura, confort y eficiencia energética posible.

Preservar la privacidad y seguridad de la familia en el interior del hogar es una de nuestras máximas.

We design tropical residences with minimalist touches, which include elements of serenity, mystery, magic and lots of nature. Here all the senses awake, and the mere fact of living becomes an experience.
​
We incorporate materials from the area - Mayan stone, tropical hardwoods for tailor-made furniture by local artisans, native trees and plants - creating harmonious spaces with nature, bringing life and freshness into our enviroments.
​
We create comfortable, aesthetic and functional spaces, carefully studying the needs and lifestyle of the family, as well as the orientation of the land, the distribution of spaces, the location of windows, we even study Feng-Shui. Even the smallest detail is important to ensure the greatest freshness, comfort and energy efficiency.

Preserving the privacy and security of the family while inside the home is one of our mayor goals.
