Riviera Tulum, Mexico · 2019
In Riviera Tulum Residencial, we designed a two-level home that balances generous interiors with a lush outdoor patio.
At its heart, a double-height central space brings together a sculptural staircase, an indoor garden, and a large skylight that draws in natural light. Upstairs, a floating walkway leads to the primary suite, with a private terrace overlooking the garden and pool.
Rose-toned stone, rattan pendant lights, and soaring ceilings bring texture and lightness to the interiors. In the dining area, a floor-to-ceiling window blurs the boundaries between indoors and out. The emerald-green pool, accompanied by the soothing sound of a cascading water wall, and a sun shelf nestled in lush vegetation invite you to slow down. In the primary suite, a polished-concrete bathtub frames views of the garden, while a skylight brings natural light into the secondary bathroom without compromising privacy.
