Casa Aves del Paraíso

San Pancho, Riviera Nayarit · 2021

San Pancho, Riviera Nayarit · 2021

Celebrating outdoor living amid the lush hills of the Pacific.

In San Pancho, between the golf course, polo club, and sea, we discovered a landscape of lush, rolling hills and tropical vegetation, distinctly different from the Riviera Maya. Close enough to walk to the village and beach, yet tucked away from the bustle, the setting inspired a spacious residence designed to embrace privacy, nature, and outdoor living.

The kitchen takes center stage on the ground floor, featuring a generous granite island with waterfall edges extending to the floor, paired with tropical hardwood cabinetry. The living and dining areas, along with two bedrooms, open onto the garden and pool through expansive windows, while the street-facing façade preserves privacy. Upstairs, the primary suite features a walk-in closet, a bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, and views of the surrounding landscape. An expansive pergola-shaded terrace completes the level, with lounge, bar, dining areas and a grill.
